I actually just looted this building lol

it's pretty good

the fences on the back are helpful

you've got a fully walled in backyard that you can see through, plus a house that you just need to board up (and of course the store windows too)

and within an easy walk to the big warehouse too!

i've used this base before and it's amazing since your near everything in muld, the house next you has a grown farm and chickens and it's practically secured not to mention it's stocked to the brim with food and tools
