Hey guys. Im trying to plumb the sink onto a rainbarrel right on top. But i think the game thinks this is outdoors. Any Ideas?

this is the roof currently. Nothing to fancy.
The lower part is under construction, but the rooms are seperate.

From my experience, if the room temperature is the same from the outside and you can hear the wind the same way you hear outside, the room is not shielded.
In the past, I had some problems building walls in T shape like the one you have near the stairs, try to see if the game put a column in the intersection. If so, try to destroy it and see if the room is being read as a internal room.

Check if there's a pillar in the intersection of the T shaped wall. If so, try to destroy it and see if the room is warmer than the outside.
