Every time I dismantle anything with metal it doesn't give me xp from it. I have zero mods on and only a xp multiplier on, all the other skills work perfectly fine. IS this a game issue or a save issue

If this is B42, dismantling doesn't give you XP anymore you'll have to do something like barricade a window with a metal sheet or dismantle car wreck
