That sounds like something on your PC is trying to take over the display, rather than a game issue
Does this problem also happen when you set the game to Windowed mode?

whenever i hold my right mouse down to aim and attack the game would "cancel" it instaed

Havent tried borderless yet
The problem is at its worst on full screen

Do you have any background apps running? Can you disable all of them? Including the ones in your Hidden Icon Tray
As most background apps are there
