Find that mod, uninstall it start world and see if you get errors. I see hellaa spam errors for different type of drinks that reduce "foodsickness reduction "

Finally managed to get it open

But it crashed again

I might suggest doing a full reinstall at this point, to remove any bad updates / mod issues.

First, uninstall the game, then go to "Steam\steamapps\common\ProjectZomboid" and make sure there are no leftover files or folders there.
After that, go to “%UserProfile%\Zomboid” and delete everything there except the “Saves” folder.
Then just install the game again and see if that helps.
