Build 41 - Dedicated MP - Shelves not respawning loot

I just noticed this, I believe my loot respawn timer isn't working.

I'm at the military surplus store in Jamietown and the shelves are totally empty. My players throw the unwanted items on the ground and those have decayed/disappeared but no new loot is in the shelves or gun lockers and cases.

As far as I am aware, some military areas do not spawn

However, it also depends on the spawn settings, can you share them? Do you have constructions blocking spawns enabled?
