Character is sad/depressed the entire time

Now with the new unstable build, the first thing I noticed was that my character now is almost constantly depressed. Yesterday and the days before my character never got sad or depressed. But now it's only constant.

Is there anyone else experiencing this?
Because if not that it's on my end (I mod the game a bit but I don't wanna do a whole clean install for now)

Do you perhaps wear any armor? Since that adds stress now.
