#repawning with self in MP

Hi does anyone have the same issue with repawning with self in B42.14 MP, I consistently appear in a new random spawnplace instead ? I've had this in previous versions as well ^^

Not aware of such a bug, do you have any mods enabled perhaps?

doesn't work with without any mods either. Here's my console logs in case it might help figure out what's wrong.
the option "Spawn with self" doesn't work, and when playing with other people, the "Spawn with other" option is available although checked.
