I recommend banging another car into it until it gets unstuck. Alternativly, you can try to hook up the trailer to a different car but chances are that wont work without breaking the car/trailer/you

I think the trailer hitbox might be misaligned since its a modded trailer. Not really a proper way to fix that without contacting the mod auther I guess
