It only gives 1 point and it's super annoying

I take high thirst every run, it's so easy to manage.

It's a no brainer, just drink more water.

I tend to get "scared of blood" and pair it with adrenalin junkie, so when im wounded and my guy starts panicking cos he's gotta stitch himself up, he moves a bit faster.

Motion sickness is godawful for cars

you cannot drive anything without getting a deadly fever

wanna escape from a horde the lazy way? = dying while driving off

wanna collect cars in-game? = gotta die and come back without motion sickness.
