as you can see, i only have 8 carrying capacity although i have max strength. it happened twice before, one time it fixed with a rejoin and once by just walking around. this time it stays even after rejoining or waiting. its visual though, the "extremely overloaded" doesnt affect my running or anything else
im also underweight
