I only added 3 mods, skill recovery journal, common sense, simple status, though even without mods it always stutters when loading up a world. first time here by the way

These latest logs seem mostly fine and modless, though I cannot find any errors in the game logs, everything seems to be good and shows no errors.
How much RAM did you assign to the server? Is it possible to share a recording of the stutters to further investigate?

There is already a logs.zip file in the Zomboid folder as specified
You do not need to manually compress any files into your own zip file as you are doing

Meaning you assigned all of your RAM to the server?
That is very bad, I would not suggest you assign more than 6gb
