Zombies dont spawn in modded map locations (B42 Multiplayer, Latest Version)

Been having this issue with a new save, hasnt happened before so im confused

Just found out that zombies also RARELY spawn in vanilla towns, I can only find zombies rarely in small groups

Also, buildings appear distorted when inside + out
