This is happening within a mp server. One person will be doing something with the action animation going off for the person but nothing happens and then they get stuck in a forever loop of the action animation.
Has anyone else had this issues?
Only way I've found to fix it is but logging off and relogging on.

Do you perhaps have any composting bins built in the area? They cause a lot of issues and should not be used
