You would have to cap the heap to around 2gb if not less, which would prevent the server from launching
But you can try it, you do it by editing the -Xmx line in the ProjectZomboid64.json file

In the ProjectZomboid64.json I set my -Xmx and -Xms to 3105m. Apparently it worked.

No. My host has different price plans. I’m now running my server on the cheapest plan.
Server running below 4GB.
