Busted Save File or Something

I have a save that my character has died in and I was able to revive him using the method in this youtube video. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2WU8Ndb81GQ. The problem is, even though my character is revived and I installed the pause on game start up, my characters instantly dies frame one before I can do anything. All he has is a single injury on his hand and no other current injuries. I have enabled godmode in the past to rmove the infection but thats about it. This is on the most recent update of Build 41. Can anyone please help me?

Best you can do is enable god mode on load, try doing it as the first comment wrote here:
