So u can find a lot of good stuff, or a lot of trash depending on your game stage

trash lootpool is gigantic

it doesnt change, but it has so many possible items its like a lootbox

sledgehammers are one of the items you can get from them

nowadays my first sledgehammer is usually found in the trash

what i meant by game stage is if you go there super late, which would be typical since its so far out of the way

you will probably not need most of what it has

so youd be disappointed once you figure out everything there is just trash

And it might also be a pain to get in bc of all the trees and such

yeah, the way in is also blocked in such a way you need a sledge to get a car in

or you just run in on foot

+getting the car there in the first place is rough
