im running a (b41) server with my friends. ive set everything up to what i htink should be good, but no matter what for them it just says server not responding
the ports are open, and allowed in outbound & inbound rules on my firewall, whenever they try and connect the server panel doesnt even say that they tried and failed/disconnected
ive tried fully reinstalling the game, server files, and even turning off my firewall to see if it would do anything
im lost.
what really confuses me is that it USED to work, like a few months ago the server would work fine, then it just suddenly STOPPED

shot in the dark, but any chance you and your friends clients are launching with -nosteam, and you are using one of the steam enabled batch file launches? OR vice versa?
If a -nosteam client tries to connect to a steam enabled server, it will say server not responding, and if a steam enabled client tries to connect to a -nosteam server, it will also say server not responding

Probably mismatched game version
I have been through this and deleting the pz file where you launched your dedicated server and reinstalled the server and it work
I follow atomic duck guide on how to host a dedicated server. (For the context of what I'm talking about)

not mismatched game version, it’s all ran in b41
also not -nosteam, we all play on larger public servers that don’t use it.

That would mean the issue is up the chain, the firewall, router, antivirus, internet provider and so on
