Alright, here they are:
It says that I need to install two parts, which are Rear Left Brake and Rear Left Suspension, yet both of these parts are already fitted to the vehicle, but it outright refuses to let me install the tire for no clear reason

Could you click on the suspension and brakes to show more information about them? Such as what type they are and so on.
And do you have any mods enabled?

You could enable debug mode and spawn it for testing purposes, just to see if it does work that way
