#Correct format for mods and maps in B42 MP Beta?

So after hours of troubleshooting mods and figuring out that for some reason they need a "" in front of them, I'm still unable to get maps to work via the old method. Do they require a slash too? Have any other requirements changed that aren't obvious but will break mods? Currently unable to add any map mods and can't figure out why adding any of them seems to break everything
