#[B42.13.2MP]Host doesn't accumulate muscle strain.

Starting a server with default settings. I've cleared my zomboid folder in /users/xyz/zomboid before hosting new server. I made sure the muscle strain multiplier is set to 1.0.

Started the server, loaded in. My friends loaded in after me. I've started fighting zeds, noticed i don't get muscle strain just your typical "out of breath" moodle and up.
Asked my players if they get muscle strain in their health tab, yes they do.
Made sure to /setaccesslevel xyz user to make sure i don't have any admin powers. Same thing happening. We decided to take a little break to let me figure it out.

My other friend tried to host a server with the same result.

I tried hosting a dedicated server. Same result as before. As a host i don't accumulate muscle strain.

Anyone has a solution to this? Or is it a known bug we'll have to live with?

Ps. Server was hosted without mods. During testing i had same results with lightly modded server as well

Hosting the dedicated server and having the issue there would not make sense. Did you make yourself an admin on that server for testing?

It's "dedicated" server, but running on the same machine as PZ. I didn't setaccesslevel to admin when testing for the first time, after first test i setaccesslevel to user to make sure it's not that. I also thought that special characters in my nickname caused it so i changed my steam username.

Another weird thing, but not sure if it's related. When i enter multiplayer some of the game text is set to my system language instead of english that i chose in-game.

Having my buddy host "dedicated" server is also out of the question as it exceeds his technical knowledge

Meaning there is no "host" on a dedicated server

#

Can you also reproduce it on other servers? Just to check if the testing is flawed somehow.

#

It is possible it happens on hosted servers, but it should be impossible on dedicated servers, unless you set yourself as an admin

If my friend hosts a server i can get muscle strain on it. But he himself as a host cannot. We tried on servers hosted by 2 other people. On a public server everything works as intended as well
