Freezing within a few seconds of being in the Main Menu

I used to have no problems with the game, normally i would have a different card in (My normal card is currently in a RMA) so i assume that it may be a hint of the problem.

GPU: Radeon 570
CPU: Ryzen 9 7950X
RAM: 32GB DDR5 4800hz
Game Version: 42.13.1

As the title says when i open the game it runs fine until it randomly freezes and closes itself i did it via the alternative launcher once and it said something about memory access violation or something, i however also read online that certain GPU's have had issues with this game.

Certain GPUs have not had issues for quite a while now, those were old issues that newer graphics card driver releases fixed.

Regardless, since you switched your graphics card, did you do a full reinstall of your drivers? Preferably through a tool like DDU

I did do a DDU and every other game works without issue its exclusive to PZ

Logs show specifically your GPU driver having issues, related to Discord, possibly its overlay

I suggest disabling the overlay and then testing again

If i have discord closed it works fine or at least longer, if i open discord it crashes again and i have all overlay settings that i can find disabled so i'm confused.

Disabled hardware acceleration and it still happens too.

I had to disable overlay and game detection under registered games i guess?

Interesting, that fixed it even if the overlay was disabled?

I have to assume the way Discord recognizes the games as running is messing with it
