Do you mean like the settings? Most are defaulting to the defaults with some notable exceptions being bites only for transmission, some faster reasonable faster exp gains and faster reading. One big mod change is to unlock a skill recovery journal so that you can save your character's progress in case you die and return to your previous skill level.
