These logs unfortunately look corrupted, possibly due to switching between game versions

In which case, can you try doing a full reinstall?
First, uninstall the game, then go to "Steam\steamapps\common\ProjectZomboid" and make sure there are no leftover files or folders there.
After that, go to “%UserProfile%\Zomboid” and delete everything there except the “Saves” folder.
Then just install the game again and see if that helps.

Try going to your Steam Library > Right click Project Zomboid > Properties > Set Launch Options > Type -novoip > Start the game
If that does not help, can you try typing -nosound instead? This is to check if it is a sound related issue.

Yes, make sure to use the standard launch and not the Alternate launch
