This has happened a few times now. When I go to kill a certain type of zombie (one wearing police gear, military gear, stuff like that) the game crashes when it seems like the zombie wants to die or ragdoll. Its getting super annoying because once I get back into the save the zombie and nearby ones are all despawned and I lose that loot.
I do have mods installed but cant tell which one is causing the issue. Below is my crash log, anyone able to help at all?

If you have issues with mods, try disabling them one by one or in batches to figure out which specific mod is causing the problems.
Do it on a new save to to prevent any issues on your current playthrough as removing mods can cause items to be permanently deleted.
After you find out which mod is problematic, consider reporting the problem to the mod creator on their workshop page.

This is what im going to start doing, just need to figure out how to spawn a certain zombie in because that's what's causing the crash

Figured it out in my case, was the SCP mod causing it. Mods broken for B42, didnt say that when I downloaded it originally.

i have the same issue, I guess it might be paw low loot on B41
