That's all I got. Also, seeing that it doesn't support less than 1080p resolutions currently in another thread but you probably tried that too. Could be some sort of miscommunication between the application resolution and the desktops native resolution.

I asked the AI and it mentioned many things that I tried but they still didn't work. I still need to try external applications that increase the resolution of a specific game.
I haven't tried it yet. Yesterday I spent all night trying other methods. That's my progress so far; the rest is up to you if you continue.

You can make it smaller, and then after making it smaller, if you enter another game without the mod, it will remain small.
