So i dont know why but my dedicate server wont load my mods even tho the workshop id and the mods are correct.

Are you on Build 42?

If so, in your server's options .ini file, you need to preface each of your ModIDs with a \ character. So for instance, based on your Pastebin errors, your Mods= line should look like this:
