What you could improve (this is strictly personal feedback):
Since you’re currently based in an industrial area (marked in black on the map), you might consider moving to a location with more space. Right now it works fine, especially if this is an early-game playthrough, I probably would have done the same.
However, in the mid-game and especially the end-game, the space you have now will likely not be enough. If I were in your place, I’d look for a more “spacious” spot where you have more room to expand, store loot, and build long-term.
That said, I don’t know for sure if this is early game or mid game, so take this just as personal advice, not criticism.
