So, not sure if anyone else has has these issues before, but i just started up a 42.13.2 server, and everything seems to be working fine, however there are NO zombies. like i started in rosewood and killed about 5 over the course of 30 minutes walking around, then i reset the server to try and get more zombies, but then the second time was even worse with only 3 zombies over the course of like 45 minutes.
I turned off respawning and i left the population at normal when i made the server.
#new b42.13.2 server has no or very low zombies, even though the population is at normal.
