Howdy, I saw the note about the battery fix in the new hotfix, does this fix the chickens/VHS tapes stuck in inventories in multiplayer?
OR does anyone know a fix, I've only found restarting the server

It does fix VHS, not sure what chicken bug you are referring to.

Just had a similar issue with the vhs, dropping chickens but they stay in inventory.
