I had not played zomboid for a solid 2 months and decided to get back into an old 4 month long save of mine, but when I load up my character dies immediately, furthermore, my stuff is all there still, but my builds (walls & fences) all disappear, on attempting to load it said I needed to convert my file save and backed it up for me, the game is forcing me to convert the world save with no context as to what that means, please help I don't want to lose this run

yes, I have the save backed up but if I load the backup it kills me again
