#Can't update dedicated hardware to newest build

Attempting to update the server via SteamCMD displays the following errors:

Changing to specify the build and it displays this error:

I'm seeing some people have had success with completly deleting the gamefiles and re downloading it. Is there no other way to update????

Should the command not be app_update 380870 validate -beta unstable? It seems like you put an extra validate at the end of it.

I think I'll have to create an entire new folder and move world data over manually

There seems to be something wrong with updating existing servers
