I'm unable to update my server onto the b42.13.2 build using SteamCMD under Ubuntu Server

Unstable branch still seems to point on B42.13.1

Steam>app_update 380870 -beta 42.13.2
ERROR! Failed to set beta '42.13.2'

Steam>app_update 380870 -beta unstable
Success! App '380870' already up to date.

it's now resolved by completly deleting the gamefiles and re downloading it
