Hello. I host a dedicated server on it's own Linux Mint machine on which four of my friends and I play. We've had it going for a few real-life weeks now, but as of today the two players we have that are not on our local network are having heavy desync (can't complete timed actions, stuck opening/closing doors, etc.), but only at the home base we've been building up. When we all managed to head a few hundred tiles away to Guns Unlimited, they had no issues, but the second we got back close to base they began to have issues again. This occurred despite file verification, client system reboots, server restarts and server device reboots, and creation of new accounts on the given server. As far as I can tell, there has been no useful log data on their clients nor the server when these issues occur.

Any help would be heavily appreciated.

Hi, thanks for responding. After I posted this I continued looking online and found a Reddit thread about the composter issue. I tried deleting six of our eight composters and emptying the compost of the remaining two. I have yet to have one of our WAN players on to test.

There’s also fixes on the workshop that stop the composters from lagging everything out as well, that’s what the server I’m on uses so we can still use them ^_^

I got a WAN player to hop on and he says the servers running perfectly now. Thanks for your help.

By chance could you send me that Workshop fix you use?
