Game stuck on title screen

Game is stuck on title screen when I try to launch. The logo/menu doesn't spawn, only the background is loaded in.
Warns about ~40 Lua errors upon launch.
Already tried checking for corrupt files and reinstalling the game.

Tried moving to 42.13.1 and the game doesn't even start, it crashes right before "Loading Lua"
