B42 MP MODDED Items Not Spawning Correctly

Just getting HELLA pencil, pens, erasers, paper, paper clips, rubber bands, fliers and useless magazines spawning everywhere, even with lower spawn values. Does anyone know the fix for this? So normal stuff will spawn.

Gas stations, houses, hardware stores, shopping strips all have the same stuff, instead of the usual.

I removed the Proximity Inventory mod in hopes that would help, even teleported my admin account to an area of the map we haven't been after a restart and the loot was still the same in a gun store. All the usual containers that hold guns, ammo, attachments and whatever else were filled with paper, paper clips, pens, flashlights and notebooks.

Most of the values can be configured and tweaked in the server settings, but I have not heard abnormal spawning issues otherwise, do you have any mods?

Are you able to reproduce the issue without any mods as well?

Hey I appreciate the response, but after one literal full day of trouble shooting, asking questions, feeling dumb, discovering new processes and unfortunate removal of mods and a server wipe I have finally fixed the issue.

The SuperBulldozer mod was causing the server to not spawn items in properly, well at least I believe it was that mod anyways. cause after removing it things seemed to function better and after a wipe it all sorted itself.
