#Help! I can't connect to my own server!

🥲
I waited for an hour. I couldn't connect.
I allocated 8 gb to the server (I have 16).
It's like the server is running. There are no errors in the server console. I see all the server information in my favorites. I just can't log in.
Running on linux or Windows?
Windows cmd may freeze, try typing a simple command players and try again
Windows
Wdym? I can't play on my own server. I can't connect.
But server is running.
Type something in the cmd and without minimizing the cmd window, try again
Windows cmd may freeze sometimes x_x
I'm not quite sure what you mean exactly. But okay, I'll try tomorrow. Do you mean the server might throw some kind of error in cmd? Or what?
The text file I sent is the logs of my connection to the server, not the logs of the server itself.
The server is absolutely fine. I've set everything up. Forwarded ports, done everything. The server is running.
Without any errors.
I just can't connect.
Otherwise, I wouldn't have received the server status in the GAME.
When connecting in your own local server, you dont need port fowarding. Port fowarding only for friends join.
You can connect in your local server in the ip 127.0.0.1 :)
The game shows the server ping and the number of current players. But I can't log in.
I started a public server.
Has anyone else with a dedicated server (and RDP access) seen an issue where every few hours the console window freezes, suspending the PZ server? At that point players start losing connection. Hitting ENTER in the console window resumes the PZ server and the game continues for the players connected...
I don't have any problems with the server or the console... I just can't connect. The server doesn't even see my connection.
The server commands are working, but I can't log in.
I've hosted a ton of games, run a ton of game servers. I couldn't possibly screw up something trivial.
Thanks, I'll take a look tomorrow. I'll try.
No, this doesn't solve my problem. Because I'm running it via a .bat file.
That's from my server cmd.
As i said
Server is working
But i just can't connect
Okay, maybe there's a problem with the server.
In any case, I'm waiting for help from techsupport.
All the commands work, the server executes them correctly. But I can't log in.
Try using SteamCMD to install the server instead:

Follow the "Install "Project Zomboid dedicated server" via SteamCMD" section.
