Background not scaled to 21:9 resolution

Leaves a black area (highlighted in white), and was wondering if I could fix it

ive got the same res 3440x1440 21:9 aspect ratio and i dont have any issues with it

have you confirmed in the settings if its setup correctly and if not maybe try borderless or window to see what happeneds

Tried them all to no avail.
Also playing vanilla so no issue there

Thats my bad i forgot im using a main menu artwork, its because the image they are using isnt for ultra wide

you can get a main menu artwork mod and it will fix that problem

their is quite alot here you can pick from
im using one from dec 2024 with no issues

jsut make sure it says either 21:9 or 3440x1440
