#MP Strange issues. Bad config or expected?

Our party has been playing the game on a VPS for quite some time, however quite recently we've started getting some issues. For example lets say we have players A,B,C.
Player A:
Goes to open a door, it doesn't open straight away and the player is stuck to the door(only zombie push with space frees the player), door opens after 10sec and might do it multiple times if you pressed the button many times.
Same player won't be able to complete item interactions (pickup, transfer, drop).
Can't get out of cars or shut them on/off.

Player B:
Has very few issues, but still has some.

Player C:
Doesn't have any.

I've purchased another VPS for myself on a different hosting provider, now Player A has almost no issues, Player C has all the issues.

Is this a bad server config or generally MP issues because we are still in unstable version?

I want to see if I can do something about these problems or its out of our hands.

Restart more often, I had to go-to every 6 hours from 12.

The door issue is common after 6 hours but can happen right after restart from what we've seen.

For me I was nowhere near anyones base. and it was map wide

All the above.
Last time it was server wide issue requiring a server restart.

Similar issues here as well, although I only restart as needed. Sounds like I should setup a cronjob for a more regular one
