muscle strain not going away

I did some carving 3 irl hours ago stopped when i was fully body muscle strained. Ive been resting the entire 3 hours with my carry weight being 1/16 and its not going away. checking the debug menu my pain isnt going down either, i dont know how to check the muscle strain values without mods

im not using any mods and muscle strain factor is set at 1.0

I cannot see any bug reports with muscle strain not going away, are you able to reproduce the issue on a new save without mods as well?
