Is there any way get a better ping, me and my friends sometimes got like "console.txt" "failed to download the map". Please someone help us we just want enjoy the game:( (sorry for my bad english)
Maybe create server via lan is better than Steam server?

Do these issues happen without mods?

Ping is also just the time it takes for data to trasnfer between the clients. Radmin generally doenst speed it up unless you are hosting external servers

Unless you get any "Port 16262 closed" errors on the join screen?

The log still shows mods trying to load, I suggest making a new server configuration, use the default settings, do not add mods

Since you did not have the issue before, now you do

B42 mods are a bit broken in MP at the moment

Unusual, the problem with network issues is that they are hard to pin down
