I am trying to dry a piece of large leather and it isnt really working when i try to put the leather on the rack it simply wont let me

Did you scrape it on a softening beam to remove the fur and meat? Run it through a tannin barrel with brain in a bowl? Is it the right size rack?
Are you in multiplayer that’s apparently a bug right now

Drying racks dont work in mp yet. There is a mod that fixes them though.
