Cant enter my friend's server

I was trying to join my friend's server, but i always stuck on "Getting server info"

I had this issue they stopped and restarted the server then I could get in

There has been an issue with the steam server on certain regions since a few hours ago

same here on my two servers - b41 & b42

My guess -> Steam Outage

Players in game doesn't seems affected, but in my server logs i do see timeout when users try to connect

Steam servers are having issues at the moment, can only suggest waiting for a fix there.
