So I made a server, or co op and my partner can't find it or join if he clicks on my steam username etc. I don't know what to do. The youtube videos help but its very technical and I'm a very simple minded person. I play on Steamdeck and my boyfriend his PC. They are both computers so Idk what's going on.

Load into your game. Press ESC (idk about steamdeck) to open menu. Click "invite friends" option. Should pull up list of steam friends. Select the person you want and click invite.

42.13.1 the newest. I double checked he put that.
And a mod error. I made sure in single player they work. I guess I could double check for that too.

Best to ask in #mod_support , but as far as I know, none work
We officially do not recommend using mods at all in 42, so I cannot help you with any issues with them
