Hello all, I'm trying to join a dedicated MODDED server and talk via the in game voice chat on a macbook pro.
I've found an old guide that gives a temporary solution, but it requires for me to launch the game via some sort of java launcher (couldn't find it, but I may be blind.)

Is there a current way I can talk inside the dedicated modded server on version 41.78.16?

Instead of using the search bar, try going to your Steam Library > Right click Project Zomboid > Manage > Browse Local files
