it is completly unplayable it is always about the same distance of steps

apparantly it was only that area maybe the spawn i moved to the firestation and the lag is gone

Can you share your logs.zip file found in %UserProfile%\Zomboid?

Try going to your Steam Library > Right click Project Zomboid > Properties > Set Launch Options > Type -novoip > Start the game
If that does not help, can you try typing -nosound instead? This is to check if it is a sound related issue.
