I have a server with 3 players.
Two of the players (me as host and another one) can craft almost every recipe, like let's say making planks from logs.
But one player can't make any recipe. The action bar fills up to 100%, and the player stays stuck on the crafting animation, without completing the recipe.
Anyone got that weird bug too?
No logs appears on the console file neither the co-op file. And no erros popup on the bugged client.

Yes, this is a known MP desync issue. One client gets stuck in timed actions where the progress bar hits 100% but the server never confirms completion. Relogging or restarting the server usually fixes it. If not, it is often caused by mod desync or a corrupted character state. There are usually no logs because the action never technically errors out.

I had to reduce from 12 hour restarts to 6 hour restarts.
but that doesn't really matter.... I had to force a restart after 30 mins uptime the other day cause everyone couldn't open doors serverwide.

Got it, soft resets on the server or giving it more ram could help? I could delete my friends bugged character too, he got bit xD

This crazy desync sound similar to an issue many have been having; is it localised to your base? As in, leaving the area causes the lag to stop?
