I've been at this for 3 days, the server says it downloads the workshop I have set up, everything works great in single player using just a base game vehicle. I'm unsure what I'm doing wrong and more trained eyes would definitely help me.

In the SaveName.ini folder (Default ProjectZomboidServer.ini) make sure to have the Mods line (should be around line 76) fixed with the new format where it wants the \ before the mod names since it's now part of their modIDs. Just discovered this recently to put in some mods that fix some bugs on my server.
Example: Mods=\MrY_PlantDryingFix;\MrY_TailorFix
