Hey hey hey - I'm Vain, from BisectHosting Support - quite often (not 100% of the time, but a large amount of the time) changing the server.ini setting - check lua sum - changing to false and restarting can fix this up more often than not. how about you give that a shot?

I mean, I could give it a shot. But being that my PC’s connect with 0 issue, how will this help with connecting with steam deck which is where the issue lyes

I am gonna hazzard a guess that your pc is where you downloaded the mods and configured the server? by configuring the server mod settings (even just a tiny bit like an extra space on a setting) the checksum value will be different to the default one that your steam deck client is likely trying to match.
erm - its not really looking for that specific file - its looking for checksum hash value that matches - so whilst it may be the same file - even a extra space spme where in the file will mean the check sum is different.
