i'm getting the same thing, no mods, debug enabled

it's on a multiplayer server (i'm not the admin). I'm not over encumbered, i'm doing nothing, and the pain is constantly growing, even after the admin does "health full (body)" it still comes back even with me doing nothing

Do you mean you do not have debug mode enabled or that you do have it enabled?

i sorta fixed it, standing still/resting just meant it was going to constantly rise soi i tried fighting a zombie
